• You understand that the COVID-19 pandemic may still be a concern during the year 2024. Participation in this retreat includes accepting the associated risks and liabilities.

• The group organizer will make every effort to accommodate all listed activities in compliance with COVID-19 protocols and weather conditions.

• You forfeit the right to a refund under any circumstances, including cancellation due to COVID-19 related illnesses.

• If you are unable to attend, you cannot transfer your spot to another person and will not receive a refund.

• Travel insurance is mandatory and must be purchased separately by you to cover this trip.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

• The full balance must be paid by date specified on sign up website (WeTravel).

• Britts Bella Vita LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at the owner’s sole discretion.

• If you are removed from the trip, a full or partial refund may be issued at the owner’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

• You understand that travel and activities during the retreat involve inherent dangers, hazards, and risks that can lead to personal injury, death, and property damage.

• You acknowledge that Britts Bella Vita LLC does not assume responsibility for any such personal injury, death, or property damage.

• You participate in this trip voluntarily and have not been induced to do so by the host or any other person.

​(i) You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation in the trip and related activities.

(ii) You release and forever discharge Britts Bella Vita LLC from any liability for injury, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss sustained by you or your property during the trip.

(i) Britts Bella Vita LLC is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by defects in any vehicle or other mode of transportation, or by the negligence or wrongful act of any party providing services in connection with the trip.

(ii) Britts Bella Vita LLC is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense caused by sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, natural disasters, terrorism, or other such causes.

(iii) Britts Bella Vita LLC is not responsible or liable for disruptions in travel arrangements or any consequent additional expenses incurred.

(iv) Britts Bella Vita LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or theft of luggage or other personal belongings.
